All devices are correctly enrolled with Company Portal (which is the only app that seems to work properly with O365 login). This is all happening only on MacOS without us changing anything. From the Conditional Access logs, it seems this happens extremely often, but some users were able to get in, as if sometimes the app is able to extract the device information correctly, sometimes it can't. Instead, when trying to login, the window simply freezes and hangs there forever, requiring a "force quit". We have Macs, Windows, iOS and Android devices and we have multiple conditional access policies that have been working fine. As noted in another post here, this could be a problem for any password entry, including those to ftp servers, bank accounts, encrypted files etc. Hello, we have been using Intune/Endpoint for a while now.
